Emotional Impacts of Cancer is Topic for Thyroid Cancer Support Group in Lincoln, Nebraska
Cancer Resource Center Director, Barbara Morton, to be Featured Speaker

On Saturday, February 2, 2002, from 10 – 11:30 a.m., Barbara Morton, R.N., A.R.N.P., director of The Cancer Resource Center, will be the
featured speaker for ThyCa Lincoln, a support group in Lincoln, Nebraska, for thyroid cancer survivors. Morton will discuss the emotional impact of
living with cancer on patients and their families.

The February 2 meeting will be held in Private Dining Room II in the Bryan LGH Medical Center, 1600 48th St. in Lincoln. The group typically
meets the first Saturday of each month from 10 - 11:30 a.m. at Bryan Medical Plaza, 1500 S. 48th St. in Lincoln.

Organized by ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors’ Association, Inc., ThyCa Lincoln is free and open to all thyroid cancer survivors, their families,
