Silicon Valley Support Group meets on the third Saturday of the month from 3:00 to 4:30 PM except November and December.
Note: In Oct 2010 the meeting will be on the 2nd Saturday.

Parking is 50 cents per hour. The Parking lot is to the right of the library. When you park your car, look at the space number at the back of the parking space. Go to the parking meter and insert your quarters or dollar. When prompted, enter your parking space number.
From San Francisco or San Jose using 101 – Take Woodside Road Exit. Turn right on Middlefield Road. The Library will be on your left.
From San Jose using 280 –Take Woodside Road Exit. Turn left on Middlefield Road. The Library will be on your left.
From East Bay Using San Mateo Bridge – When you get off San Mateo Bridge take the 101 south toward San Jose. From the 101, take the Woodside Road Exit. Turn right on Middlefield Road. The Library will be on your left.
From East Bay Using Dumbarton Bridge – Take exits to 101 North toward San Francisco. Take the Woodside Road Exit. Turn right on Middlefield Road. The Library will be on your left. |

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 15-17, 2010,
you are cordially invited to the 13th International Thyroid Cancer
Survivors' Conference, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel DFW Airport, 4440
West John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas, near Dallas. This event is
sponsored by ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Association, Inc.
Thyroid cancer specialists from around the country will speak and answer
questions about thyroid cancer care and research. The weekend also
features speakers and roundtables on skills for coping with thyroid
cancer. This educational and supportive conference is for people at
all phases of testing, treatment, and follow-up for thyroid cancer, as
well as caregivers, friends, health care professionals, and anyone
interested in thyroid cancer. Scholarships to cover the
registration fee are available on request. Walk-in attendees are welcome.
