Enter through the emergency entrance between Lexington and Park Ave., right by the 77th St. subway station for the #6 train.
After entering, immediately turn left into Black Hall. Take elevator 24 to floor 2A. Go straight to Conference Room 204.
Note: Don't take the other elevator; it doesn't go to 2A.
Enter the hospital on 130 East 77th St. As soon as you enter, go left to enter the Black Hall building.
Walk straight past the elevators and up the steps. At the end of the hallway turn left,
then turn right. The Robert Carmel Conference Room is on the left; it has a sign with the conference room name above
the door and "Conference Room 2" on the wall.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 19-21, 2012, you are cordially invited to the 15th International Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Conference, at the Eaglewood Resort & Spa in Itasca, IL, which is about 15 miles from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. This event is sponsored by ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Association, Inc.
Dozens of leading thyroid cancer specialists from around the country will speak and answer questions about thyroid cancer care and research. The weekend also features speakers and roundtables on skills for coping with thyroid cancer. This educational and supportive conference is for people at all phases of testing, treatment, and follow-up for thyroid cancer, as well as caregivers, friends, health care professionals, and anyone interested in thyroid cancer. Scholarships to cover the registration fee are available on request. Walk-in attendees are welcome.
