Overview
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Baltimore - BWI Airport is conveniently located close to the BWI International Airport (BWI), the Amtrak and MARC BWI Airport, MD (BWI) Station, and Interstate 95. There are free shuttles to and from the hotel from the airport and rail stations, 24 hours a day.
Parking at the hotel is free. The hotel’s amenities include a complimentary 24-hour fitness center, outdoor sports court for basketball and volleyball, heated outdoor pool, Free Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour business center.
Your visit begins with the hotel’s signature warm Chocolate Chip Cookie. It is a pet-friendly hotel for pets weighing up to 25 pounds. All sleeping rooms are nonsmoking. The hotel is a nonsmoking hotel, except for designated areas.
The hotel is located just south of Baltimore in a suburban office park. It has easy access to downtown Baltimore, Washington, D.C., historic Annapolis, the seashore, parks, and historic attractions.
Room Reservations
Our conference hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore-BWI Airport, has filled our entire sleep room block. They have additional rooms available at their regular rate. Reservations: 410-859-8400
We’re pleased to announce that rooms are also available at some other area hotels.
We have arranged for a block of rooms at a Hampton Inn that is less than a half-mile, about an 8-minute walk, from the Doubletree by Hilton. Rooms are $109 plus tax for a king bed, and $119 plus tax for 2 beds. The Hampton price includes breakfast. Reservations: 410-850-0600
Both DoubleTree and Hampton offer free shuttle service to and from BWI Airport, as well as in the immediate area, which include back and forth between the 2 hotels.
Another alternative is the Red Roof Inn next door to the Hampton Inn at their regular rate. Reservations: 410-850-0600

Transportation Directions
DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore – BWI Airport is located less than five minutes from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and the Amtrak and Baltimore Light Rail stations.
Ride the hotel’s complimentary 24-hour shuttle to the airport or the Amtrak/MARC train station.
From the airport, the Baltimore Light Rail goes to downtown Baltimore.
Driving Directions from Interstate Route 95
Exit onto Route195East/BWI Airport.
Take Route 195 East to Exit 1A (Route170 North).
Continue to the second light (Elm Road). Turn left at the light onto Elm Road & left again onto Elkridge Landing Road.
The hotel is a half mile on the left.
From the Airport— Baltimore/Washington International Airport
The hotel has a free shuttle service.
If you’re renting a car, or taking a taxi (about $15), start out going northwest toward I-195 West.
Turn left onto Terminal Road.
Turn left onto Elkridge Landing Road.
The hotel is on the left. The hotel is 2 miles from the airport, a 5-minute drive.
Meals at the Hotel
Box Lunches. We have arranged for box lunches each day of the conference consisting of a sandwich/wrap or salad (vegetarian or Low-Iodine Diet), with chips, whole fruit, and a 12-ounce drink. The price for a box lunch is $15. All choices are shown on the Box Lunch Order Form.
Eden's Landing. Eden's Landing restaurant offers a variety of menu selections. Eden's is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and features a lounge area with full bar. You may also order room service.
Prop's. Prop’s features Baltimore Tea and Coffee fresh roasted whole-bean coffee. It also offers fresh pastries, sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast sandwiches, fruit and yogurt parfaits, chips, cookies, microwaveable treats, ice creams, and a variety of cold beverages await you.

The Baltimore Light Rail from BWI Airport will take you to Baltimore's Inner Harbor within minutes.
You can also get to attractions in Washington, D.C., from the Amtrak and MARC train stations, or by car.
Baltimore's Inner Harbor

Baltimore National Aquarium

Parks and Historic Attractions
In the Baltimore area and nearby in Maryland there are many parks and historic sites, including the Fort McHenry National Monument and Shrine, the site of the fort where the flag inspired Francis Scott Key to write “The Star Spangled Banner.”
