The Cafeteria is in the lower level accessible through the West Entrance. Parking is in Lot F just outside this entrance. Drive past the water tower and around to the back of the hospital past the loading docks. In the next building, under the green striped canopy, is the entrance to the cafeteria. There is a BIG blue construction dumpster in the parking lot. When you enter under the green striped canopy, turn right. Conference Room D is on the right. |

During the winter months the group will meet unless there are school closings in the area. We do not want you to risk your safety to attend a meeting. Dr. Uzma Khan may join us for the last 30 minutes.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 15-17, 2010,
you are cordially invited to the 13th International Thyroid Cancer
Survivors' Conference, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel DFW Airport, 4440
West John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas, near Dallas. This event is
sponsored by ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Association, Inc.
Thyroid cancer specialists from around the country will speak and answer
questions about thyroid cancer care and research. The weekend also
features speakers and roundtables on skills for coping with thyroid
cancer. This educational and supportive conference is for people at
all phases of testing, treatment, and follow-up for thyroid cancer, as
well as caregivers, friends, health care professionals, and anyone
interested in thyroid cancer. Scholarships to cover the
registration fee are available on request. Walk-in attendees are welcome.
