The Cafeteria is in the lower level accessible through the West Entrance.  Parking is in Lot F just outside this entrance.  Drive past the water tower and around to the back of the hospital past the loading docks.  In the next building, under the green striped canopy, is the entrance to the cafeteria.  When you enter under the green striped canopy, turn right. Conference Room D is on the right.

During the winter months the group will meet unless there are school closings in the area. We do not want you to risk your safety to attend a meeting.  Dr. Uzma Khan may join us for the last 30 minutes.

On Saturday, April 21, 2012 you are cordially invited to the 8th Annual Midwest Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Regional Workshop, in Osage Beach, MO. At this free workshop, distinguished physicians will speak and answer questions about thyroid cancer care and research. This educational and supportive day is for people at all phases of testing, treatment, and follow-up for thyroid cancer. The workshop will be at Lake Regional Hospital, 3rd Floor Conference Rooms, 54 Hospital Drive, Osage Beach, MO 65065.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 14-16, 2011, you are cordially invited to the 14th International Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Conference, at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel, 5711 West Century Blvd., Los Angeles, CA. This event is sponsored by ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Association, Inc.

In more than 100 sessions, more than 50 leading thyroid cancer specialists from around the country will speak and answer questions about thyroid cancer care and research. The weekend also features speakers and roundtables on skills for coping with thyroid cancer. This educational and supportive conference is for people at all phases of testing, treatment, and follow-up for thyroid cancer, as well as caregivers, friends, health care professionals, and anyone interested in thyroid cancer. Scholarships to cover the registration fee are available on request. Walk-in attendees are welcome.
