Meets: ThyCa Long Island meets the second Sunday of each month, except May, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.  Please call to confirm meetings, especially if you drive a long distance.

Note: The April 9 and June 10 meetings have been canceled. We will have a workshop on June 9. More information to follow.

Take Exit 33 on the Long Island Expressway.
If coming from the East, make a right on to Community Drive.
If coming from the West, make a left on to Community Drive

You may park in the parking garage (1-2 hours: $6, more than 2 hours: $8).

Special Events: On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 6-8, 2017, you are cordially invited to the 20th International Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Conference, in Linthicum Heights (Baltimore), Maryland, USA.  This event is sponsored by ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors' Association, Inc.

Dozens of leading thyroid cancer specialists from around the country will speak and answer questions about thyroid cancer care and research.  The weekend also features speakers and roundtables on skills for coping with thyroid cancer.  This educational and supportive conference is for people at all phases of testing, treatment, and follow-up for thyroid cancer, as well as caregivers, friends, health care professionals, and anyone interested in thyroid cancer. Scholarships to cover the registration fee are available on request.  Walk-in attendees are welcome.
